Giving credit were it is due. Hired a car from Apex twice and it was a pleasant experience both times. Cars and nice, clean and new for a very reasonable price and their service always come with a complimentary smile. Something you can’t say about many businesses these days. Thanks guy. Stay awesome.
I initially booked the incorrect pick up day, which was very easy to change. I then needed an extension which was also easily done. All staff were professional and helpful and the rentals were reasonably priced. Will use again.
Great value for money, friendly staff, 10 minutes shuttle ride to/from terminal. My Outlander is very new and in good condition. However this is the only Apex outlet that I have tried so far that charged a small amount of rental fee on my card while other Apex branches accept full cash payment.
