Apex has been reliable and economical for my GC trip. Naturally I went with them again once at Hobart. Things run a bit differently here. Shuttle bus run like clockwork. It is not on demand. They strictly follow their timetable with 45 min wait times on 3 Nov. At my pick-up time of 10.15am it was like waiting for public transport with another couple. Went through the usual process which was mercifully quick [no line] and they even let me take a snap of a current damage. Another quick look & had a good look inside, Jasmine handed over the key and off I went. My Yaris was less than a year old and still had that very new car smell, the tank was to the 7/8 full mark and I took a couple of pictures as evidence of the condition of the car inside and out. Upon drop off I got the shuttle back to the airport, this time it was unlike Rush Hour in Tokyo. The key & papers were quickly exchanged and the whole transaction only took about 10 minutes. Fantastic service! Their team worked like clockwork on a busy day!
