Overall really great service. despite our flight being a day later due to a missed connection! Lovely clean car, helpful staff in the office, simple check in and checkout process. Thank you!
Overall good service, but there are a few points which it would be good to improve to be more competitive in the market: 1. There is a need to more transparent with customer. When you are delaying the process of pick-up or drop-off of the vehicle, it would be helpful to inform the customer in advance rather than keeping them waiting without any updates. 2. The process of returning the vehicle could be more streamlined and efficient. 3. The pricing could be more competitive compared to other car rental agencies.
