Had a bond clean booked, never showed up for the inspection so when I called he said they had an emergency clean which is understandable but a call to notice me they weren’t coming would’ve been the right thing to do. Then they never showed …
Communication and punctuality was average. However, the cleaning was done to a high standard. One of the cleaners injured themselves during the clean, but to ensure the clean happened to a high standard the remaining cleaner stayed late and came back the next day to finish it off. Pleasantly surprised.
They did a good job, the place after cleaning was amazing and I would highly recommend!
