The Animal Emergency Centre in Noosa is amazing. I have had to bring my dogs there twice and they have always been very professional and helpful. The staff is friendly and the facilities are modern and clean. They have all the necessary equipment to provide the best care for my pets. The wait time can be a bit long, especially during busy periods, but it's understandable considering the nature of emergency cases. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service.
I had to take my dog to the Animal Emergency Centre in Noosa during a trip to visit family. Dr. Nemani saved my dog's life on New Year's Eve. The vet clinic was the only one open during the holidays, and they provided excellent care. Dr. Nemani was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain the treatment options and answer all my questions. The clinic was clean and well-equipped. I'm grateful for their services and would highly recommend them.
I had a terrible experience at the Animal Emergency Centre in Noosa. I left my dog there for stitches, and the wait time was much longer than expected. The clinic was understaffed, and the one vet on duty was overwhelmed. Although they eventually treated my dog's wound, I felt neglected and unhappy with the service. I understand that emergencies can be chaotic, but I expected better from a dedicated emergency vet clinic. I will not be going back.

Dr Nemani saved Timmy's life over New Years Eve/New Years Day public holidays 2023. We're from Brisbane, and were just up to visit family, all vets were closed etc except for the AEC. Dr Nemani told me about a certain drug used to treat Timmy's condition, and Voila - it worked beautifully. So happy I didn't have to leave Timby at our house alone ! They'll be my vet next time I visit Noosa.
Never again. I left my dog there for stitches to a deep cut(s) at 1.30pm. I understand they only had one vet who was run off his feet. Was told one more dog before you ,then spent over an hour on a dog across the corridor waiting for some sort of results. Walked out and headed to my vet on the Sunny Coast was out by 4.15pm. Now they refuse to pay my costs.
