We recently had a very urgent emergency. I called on my way there and the admin staff at AEC were calm and easy to talk to. We arrived 5 minutes later and they acted quickly. Throughout the whole process they were always clear, direct and provided timely updates. I felt like my pet was in good hands.
Well, AEC may not have highest rating on Google but we went there as recommended by our regular vet. All in all, I am happy with the level of care my puppy received and the communications I had with both nurses and vets multiple times. Yes, there were a couple of moments where I had to wait longer than expected but I understand emergencies happen and they can get busy. The staff was always apologetic and professional.
