Very caring and quick to respond to our injured cats needs. ???? Our visit was pretty expensive, which included injections along with treatment. Given this service was after hours you have to expect it to be on the expensive side. Our cat has made a complete recovery. …

Took my near 3 year old lab in as he had a stick stuck in the back of his throat. The nurse was awesome! They took him into the room and returned 5mins later with said stick in hand. He was given a free chicken meal and a few pats and we were off on our merry way. Thanks heaps

We knew our cat had ingested a foreign object "thread from unravelling from collar" she was in pain and it was late in the evening and we thought we had no other option but to take her to the Frankston AEC …

We knew our cat had ingested a foreign object "thread from unravelling from collar" she was in pain and it was late in the evening and we thought we had no other option but to take her to the Frankston AEC. The staff at the Animal Emergency Centre were very understanding and compassionate. The vet treated our cat with care and managed to remove the thread. The price was fair for the service provided. Our cat is now doing well.

Visited the Animal Emergency Centre with my injured dog. The staff was prompt and attentive. They provided the necessary injections and treatment. The cost was on the higher side due to after-hours service, but it was worth it for the quality of care. My dog has fully recovered now.
