Really kind and caring vets. After a horrible experience at a previous emergency vet (not affiliated with this one) it was so reassuring to find this vet. We felt at ease straight away and knew our little man was in the best care. They went above and beyond and the communication throughout was fantastic.

Really kind and caring vets. After a horrible experience at a previous emergency vet (not affiliated with this one) it was so reassuring to find this vet. We felt at ease straight away and knew our little man was in the best care. They went above and beyond and the communication throughout was fantastic.
The staff were excellent and so caring. I have 2 cavalier King Charles spaniels and they were both so nervous but the staff were excellent and gave them so much time and patience and all the cuddles in the world.
I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. Unfortunately I had to take one of my pups here on Saturday and then back for scans and anaesthetic on Sunday. All the staff, from the lovely lady manning the door out the front to the vet who looked after us were super friendly and supportive. The vet went above and beyond to help me to get the care my pet needed.
I was referred by my vet to the Animal Emergency Centre. They were caring and professional and put my mind at ease.
I love the AEC staff. Everyone is very friendly compassionate and knowledgeable. They took great care of my babies. I will only take my fur babies there from now on.
The staff is compassionate, understanding, and helpful. My dog was well taken care of, as well as our family. The vets/nurses were all amazing. They took care of my dog like it was their own. We are so thankful.
I will never forget the care and compassion showed to my fur baby as well as my family. They were not only there for my Chihuahua who had to make her final journey to the Rainbow Bridge but they were there for my heartbroken children and me.
These people are amazing at what they do. I had to have my oldest kitty put to sleep yesterday and they were so kind, supportive, and caring. Highly recommended!
We had to bring our girl in today and I am so grateful for the level of care and concern shown by the staff here. The techs were fantastic. They were gentle, loving, and made a really scary experience easier on us. The same goes for the vets and vet techs we spoke to during our journey. Even when we were talking about difficult decisions, the love and compassion in their eyes and voices were clear. I cannot say that enough. It makes all the difference when you are in crisis.
At such a difficult time the AEC were very understanding, caring, and empathetic. Our dog had a very traumatic time and the AEC did their very best to help him.
