AMAZING! - I couldn’t recommend A&C Joondalup enough, especially thanks to Becky (give this lady a raise!!). Becky made our wedding band purchasing experience so easy and enjoyable. She was great at understanding what we were looking for and helping us find the perfect rings. The customer service we received from Becky and the team at A&C Joondalup was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning for any future jewelry purchases.
Today I went shopping at Lakeside Joondalup for a birthday present for my mum. I thought perhaps earrings would be a good idea...so I popped into Angus & Coote as it was she closest jewellery shop to where I was. I was served by Becky and she was extremely helpful. She showed me a great range of earrings and helped me pick out the perfect pair. Becky was friendly and knowledgeable, and she made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to Angus & Coote for my future jewelry needs.
Worst customer service ever!! They do not honour warranties. I have bought Armani watch and it stopped working within a week. I took it back to Angus & Coote to get it repaired or replaced as it was still under warranty, but they refused to do anything. They said it was not their problem and I would have to contact the manufacturer directly. This is unacceptable, and I will never shop at Angus & Coote again.
