I visited the FOODBANK at Anglicare Wangaratta and found the staff to be very helpful. However, as someone with fructose malabsorption, there wasn't much I could eat. I usually only find a few tins of corn, a few potatoes, and some tinned pineapple. It would be great if they could provide more options for people with dietary restrictions.
