Please don’t use AmpCharge! It’s a complete scam and fraud. They keep deducting money $30 from your account as pre authorised charges and then deduct whatever you charged. They never refund the pre authorised charges. Their machine will frequently stop working and you will not get a refund for the non-charging. The customer service is non-existent. Stay away from this company!
I had a terrible experience at AmpCharge. The facilities were dirty and outdated. The charging station took forever to charge my electric vehicle and it was not worth the money. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I will never go back to this place again.
