Bought 2 new pendant lights from Amonson Lighting some months back and only installed them in June when the reno works were done and found one of the glass fittings had a crack while still in its packaging. Grace was swift to respond and offered to send a new replacement fitting. The replacement arrived extremely quickly and without any issues. Excellent customer service!
