I recently had an extremely disheartening experience with a darwin Amart furniture store that left me feeling frustrated and upset. I ordered the furniture last year December 2022 which wasn’t delivered on time as promised (as per purchase agreement and store correspondence). There were multiple delays and every time I called to follow up, I was given a different excuse and no real solution. It wasn't until I escalated the issue to the store manager that I finally received a proper response and my furniture was delivered nearly two months after the original promised date. This experience has made me hesitant to ever shop at Amart Furniture again.

It doesn’t matter when you order or how much notice you give, it will always be someone else’s fault when your order isn’t delivered as promised. I had a terrible experience with Amart Furniture Darwin. I ordered a dining table and chairs set in January and was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. After multiple follow-ups and empty promises of delivery, I finally received my furniture after almost 2 months. The lack of communication and accountability from the store was frustrating and unprofessional.

My mother bought an outdoor setting that was over $3k, she had it delivered, was promised a call the day before delivery to confirm, no call was received. She had the whole day off work for the delivery, no delivery came - turns out due to a mix up by Zeus. When confronted over email Zeus was extremely rude, passing the blame onto everyone else and avoiding responsibility. Honestly, the worst customer service experience I have had!
