For a 5 star hotel (and the price), I expected a higher-end experience than walking through a gym to get to a treatment room. The massage itself was good, but overall it was not the luxurious experience I was hoping for.
We had a lovely time at this well-being place. It should be called a spa because the spa facilities are actually next door at the Fitness First gym with a spa, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool. However, it's shared with the gym customers and the lighting is not as relaxing as it could be. The massage and facial we had were both very enjoyable though.
