Initially everything was great. Then replies became slow and unreliable. Lots of miscommunication occurred. My bulk production was supposed to be completed before a certain date which it was not. I started on this in 2021 it is now 2023 and I still have nothing to show for it I am out alot of money and unable to get a refund.
