This place is an absolute rip off - charged my mum $1650 for a new set of keys when I got quotes for $450 at separate locations. They take advantage of people who don’t know any better - I do not recommend!
Consistently unhelpful, patronising and aloof attitude of service staff members in person and on the phone. This is unfortunately our closest service station, but I dread each interaction. Even trying to discuss buying Adblue to do my own …
The work done seemed to be good but I arrived at 7.45 for a basic service, told them that I was waiting, at 1pm walked in to the workshop because the service rep couldn't help with when ready. Service hadn't been started and they said that they didn't know I was waiting.
