As long as you aren't dealing with someone called 'PAM' on the phone or in person, you'll be OK. Everyone else is nice, especially the saleswomen at the registers (Julie or Julia I believe her name was). Ms P has a huge attitude and needs to be put out to pasture.
It use to be the premier nursery in Sydney but the last year or two , but the quality of plants and service has declined considerably. The staff all look miserable.
