RUDE. I went in to see about some engraving and get a quote. I showed the lady behind the counter a picture of what I was after, she then went out the back to confirm that it could be done and gave me a price for the work. I returned the following day with my item to be engraved and another member of staff who was quite rude and unwilling to help me. I asked for the lady who had helped me the previous day but was told 'I don't know who that is'. She was quite rude and refused to quote me the original price I was given. I ended up going elsewhere and getting my engraving done there, they were cheaper and much more helpful.

The staff here is really rude and not helpful at all. I asked for a quote on engraving a trophy and the lady was dismissive and told me to come back another day. When I asked why, she just said they were too busy. Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service.
I had a terrible experience with this trophy shop. I brought a picture of what I wanted engrave and the lady behind the counter just gave me a blank look and told me they couldn't do it. No effort to help me find another option or offer any alternative solutions. Very unprofessional.
