I have seen both Bianca and Kathy on separate occasions for different injuries. They are highly professional and offer sound advice. I stopped seeing physios back in South Africa about 10 years ago because I lost faith in them but they have changed my whole perception. I highly recommend this practice
I'd like to thank Brandon at Wellington Point for helping me through my issue with runners knee. His is professional, has a pleasant nature and his advice was second to none. I will continue with those exercises daily for as long as I keep running. Once again...thanks.You are a credit to the team.
