If you are looking for some really unhelpful people go see Kirby, Julie and the other admin staff at this service. There was a mix up with our dogs medication and we had to use this service as a last resort, even though my first instinct was to go elsewhere. I wish I had stuck to my gut feeling and found another vet. The admin staff made the whole experience so stressful and frustrating, constantly giving us conflicting information and making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. It was such a relief when we finally got to see the vet, Dr. Margaret Van De Weg, who was actually helpful and resolved our issue. But the damage was already done by the admin staff. I would not recommend this place based on the admin staff alone.
