I was recently advised I had to move house with 10 days notice - Allied made the process so easy. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one - from Ryan who came and assessed my needs, Trent from the office, who went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute booking, and the moving team who were efficient, careful, and friendly. They took great care with my belongings and were respectful of both properties. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Allied was very easy to use. We moved from Melbourne to Perth. They liaised with 3rd party companies for moving our car and pets. They did the main move of our furniture and things and were fantastic. Someone came out to our house at the start and did an inventory, then gave us a quote and arranged everything. The team that came to pack our house up at Melbourne were great. They had more than enough packaging materials and even labeled everything. They delivered everything to our new house in Perth about 9 days later. The boys rang as they left Melbourne, then again late in the afternoon as they were getting close to Perth, then again this morning, and once they were about 20 minutes away. Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was lost. I only found one small problem and that was that my bike had not been packed next to my husbands bike. But this was quickly sorted when I called allied and spoke with Gav. He got straight onto the boys and called me back. Half an hour later it was all sorted and the boys brought my bike straight to the front door.

While we're still waiting for them to arrive at their destination, we have full confidence it will go just as smoothly.
