Love this parking area. U don't have to pay which is the best part. I attend NCAT to either pick up or drop off documents atm during covid 19. So convenient to train station, westfields and businesses around the Penrith CBD. Short 2-4 minute walk to the above POI.

Short walk thro arcades means it's not too far & no roads to cross to get to High street. Hope City Park leaves plenty of places for those who need this easy access.
