We returned from overseas to find our poor dog was skin and bone, as you can see in the photos. After a stressful night of worrying, we contacted the pet boarding service to express our concerns. However, they did not respond to our email. This was a disappointing experience and we would not recommend this company.

He was there for a week. Upon arrival, I was already disappointed to see that they had not followed our instructions. This lack of attention to detail and poor communication is unacceptable. I would not trust this company with my pet again.
I left my cat here for a week and came back to find her smelling like pee, scared, and shaking. The space provided was not adequate for cats to move around freely. Additionally, the food, water, and kitty litter were placed next to each other, causing my cat to lose weight. The constant sound of dogs barking added to the stress of the environment. I would not recommend this pet boarding service for cats.
