Shocking customer service. If you have even the slightest doubt about buying here, don't do it. Not only are they unhelpful, they are very rude about it.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Alexander Jewellers & Watchmaker in North Rocks, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse through their impressive selection of jewelry. I was particularly impressed with their collection of engagement rings, as I was able to find the perfect ring for my partner. The staff were patient and helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions and providing valuable advice. I ended up purchasing the ring, as well as a matching wedding band, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the products. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the diamonds sparkle beautifully. Overall, I highly recommend Alexander Jewellers & Watchmaker for their excellent customer service, high-quality products, and pleasant shopping experience.

However, when I went to pick up the completed ring, it was nothing like what we had discussed. The design was completely different, and the quality was subpar. I confronted Wally about it, but he was dismissive and unapologetic. He refused to make any changes or offer a refund. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and I would not recommend Alexander Jewellers & Watchmaker to anyone.
