So I've just received a reprint of a photo album I created a couple of weeks ago, of our trip to Japan. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement. From the moment the first book was received, the customer service has been exceptional. There was one small printing error in the first book, which was quickly rectified and replaced at no cost. The print quality is excellent, and the album itself is beautiful. I was involved in every step of the process, able to customize and make changes until it was exactly what I wanted.
