Wow, what a pleasant experience it is deal with Sally and Coby, they were both cheerful, helpful and nothing was a problem. They hooked me up with all my questions and requests without a fuss or complaint and made it happen. It’s so nice to get old fashion service theses day! Thanks Coby & Sally.
NOT recommended. Rude, ignorant and very unprofessional. We purchased soil for the backyard and mulch for the front. Mulch was dropped and no dramas. Dirt was driven in and dropped. The driver drove over freshly laid storm drains (when he …
I can highly recommend Albion Park Landscaping Supplies. The garden soil that was delivered was of an excellent quality. They are a fantastic company to deal with. We had difficulties in accessing our property and Sally, Noel and Kylie were very accommodating and made sure the delivery was done on time. The customer service was exceptional and the overall experience was great. I rate them 5 out of 5.

The driver drove over freshly laid storm drains (when he probably shouldn’t have) because he drove off the road (in icy conditions) so he wouldn’t get bogged. We saw this and asked him to park on the road. He became extremely sarcastic and rude towards us. When I called the company to advise them about our problem and concern, the person that I spoke to was confrontational and dismissive. He told me to put it in writing and hung up. I put this in writing and received this silent response. I will be going elsewhere in future.
