Alan is very conscientious and thorough. When I rang late afternoon with a potential problem he came in extra early to check my eyes the following morning.
Alan is amazing. Very clever and helpful. If I ever have a problem with my glasses he goes out of his way to help. Highly recommend. I have been seeing him for about 8 years and I would never see anyone else.
