The gentleman working on TVs has a lot of experience over many years, and as such I discussed repair of my grandparents' TV which he happily accepted into his shop. This was October 2016. Over the next 4 years, NOT ONCE did the shop make any effort to contact us or provide any updates on the progress of the repair. My grandparents' TV was left there gathering dust while my family had to purchase a new one. Absolutely terrible customer service and lack of professionalism.
