always been helpful in person but phone service is woeful, regularly takes 1-2 weeks to get a call back about an order which is fine when there’s no rush but the one time I ask for an urgent pickup for my business the lady gives me a runaround and hangs up on me. awesome service
Woeful! Tried the "request a quote" process with no reply. Tried again after speaking to Lauren on the phone explaining my situation, submitted a quote through her, again no reply. Go somewhere else if you want customer service.
Great Company to deal with, all of your aerospace metals & composite materials needs, excellent customer service & pricing is competitive. Also if they don't have it on the shelf they will order it & also most products can be cut to size is available as well, very pleased with company.
