Great customer service, great products. There wasnt anything they could not do. Their made to order products were exactly as we needed. They really are the one stop shop for everything air conditioning.
I want to give a big thanks to Colin, Aaron, Darren, and Jack from Air-Diffusion. Colin helped me get my order together, and then when the outdoor unit was faulty Aaron chased up the manufacturer (who were at first reluctant) to ensure prompt warranty replacement. Darren provided a great deal of technical advice and sequenced the delivery to assist my builder. Finally, hats off to Jack who made sure everything arrived on time and not a scratch!
