Signed up for PI insurance only to have parts of my cover randomly removed without notice or any communication. After paying monthly premiums for a long time, this decision means my work was not even insured to begin with. I will be seeking legal action.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I had to wait on hold for over an hour just to speak to a representative. They were unhelpful and didn't solve my issue.
The staff at AIG Insurance are rude and unprofessional. They treated me with complete disrespect and did not address my concerns.
