The ladies working in the showroom floor are wonderful, friendly, smile and helpful but the one answering the phone gave me incorrect information and caused me a lot of stress today. I called ahead to enquire about an item and its availability, and was told that it was in stock. When I arrived at the store, I was informed that they actually didn't have it and it would need to be ordered. This misinformation caused me a lot of stress and wasted my time.
Just want to say a big thank you to Mark and the lovely staff at Aidacare Cooper's Plains for their amazing service. My friend who is over here on holiday had her fold-up mobility scooter suddenly stop working. Fearing the worse we rang Aidacare and spoke with Mark who went above and beyond with his assistance guiding us how we could possibly rectify the situation ourselves before deciding if we needed to bring it in for repairs. Thanks again Mark, you were a big help and saved us from what could have been a major hassle!
Excellent experience! I used to purchase my wheelie walkers (three already this year) from a local supplier, but their customer service has gone downhill, and I was left without a wheelie walker (paid for nearly two weeks ago) when my old one suddenly broke. I phoned Aidacare and spoke with a friendly staff member who was able to quickly process my order and have a new walker delivered to me within a few days. The walker is of great quality and I'm very happy with my purchase. Aidacare has definitely won me over as a customer!
I had a terrible experience with Aidacare. I bought a wheelchair from them and it broke within a few weeks of use. When I contacted their customer service to get it repaired or replaced, they were extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. They made no effort to resolve the issue and I ended up having to buy a new wheelchair from a different company.
