We have had floorboards installed by A&H Flooring in Dec 2021, as part of renovation where carpet was removed and floorboards were installed to match the existing floorboards. We experienced several issues with the quality of materials and were not happy with the final result. The floorboards did not match the existing ones as promised and there were noticeable differences in color and texture. Additionally, some of the floorboards had visible defects and were not properly installed, resulting in uneven surfaces and squeaking noises. We had to contact the company multiple times to address these issues, and while they were responsive and tried to fix the problems, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. We expected better quality and craftsmanship from a professional flooring store.
