Huge and very pleasant rest area. Lots of shade and beautiful trees everywhere. No facilities at all. Some rubbish but generally well kept.
Great overnight stop. There is plenty of space, lots of trees, and you can get a fair way off the highway to reduce the traffic noise. Anges Creek is definitely in my top 3 overnight stops as travelling around the country.
Free camp next to a dry riverbed. Plenty of space. We went along the tracks that run alongside the riverbed and camped there. No toilets. Small table with shelter at the bitumen area.
