I found Varsha very professional in her work. She persevered until I found the unit I was happy with. She was also very thorough in educating on how to get the best out of my aides. My partner and I are from the country and she was able to back up her services in the local area which was particularly helpful too.

I had my hearing aids fitted in to my ear canals with perfect precision and I have had no problems with pain or discomfort since getting them. I have been to other Hearing Clincs in the past and I have had a lot of difficulties with my NuEar hearing aids. My aids are a lot easier to clean. They are the best aids that I have ever had and I would urge those of you who are thinking of getting hearing aids to go to Agape hearing to get them.

I've had the pleasure of being introduced to Varsha several years ago and was instantly impressed. She is not only very knowledgeable but she is honest, courteous, empathetic and caring! She goes the extra mile in making sure you are happy with your choice of hearing aids and continues to follow up to be sure you are. Many businesses provide the sales part and then you're on your own. Not Agape Hearing Clinic! Varsha is there every step of the way and I can highly recommend her to anyone having hearing issues.
I was able to get an appointment at Agape Hearing to have my left ear wax removed. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame and when I arrived I was greeted in a friendly manner. The lady who removed the wax from my left ear and cleaned my hearing aid was very professional and informative. The procedure went well and was relatively free of any pain. I will definitely go back to Agape Hearing again.
Every 4 months my 90 year old mother visits this clinic for a simple ear cleaning. Despite being a relatively quick appointment Varsha and her staff have always provided my mother with excellent and caring service. I would highly recommend Agape for anyone in need of hearing care.
My mother in law got a late (3 years after Banding) Cochlear implant and Varsha has been wonderful with her. My mother in law(88) is a difficult patient. She does not adhere to instruction for wound care. She does not wash well. She starts wearing hearing aids before it is appropriate. Varsha exercises great patience with her. I wish we had better hearing aids. There are still words and sounds she does not hear, but so much better!
