I signed up for the Basic Plan and made a payment for a year's access. Somehow, I've been switched on to a monthly plan that's $660 a month. Aerometrex/MetroMap has been charging me monthly for 3 months. What should have been a $300 payment has turned into a $1980 charge. Customer service has been unresponsive in resolving the issue.
