Having started to work with ADAD, I must say that I enjoy every aspect of working with them on our TV campaigns. However, the communication and response from ADAD during this period were subpar. We had to follow up multiple times to get updates and found it difficult to reach the assigned account manager. The lack of transparency and poor communication left us disappointed with the overall experience. We hope ADAD can improve their communication processes in the future.
