This system came recommended from several plumbers and plumbing inspectors. We chose this system over other options because of its reputation for reliability and effectiveness. So far, we have not been disappointed. The AES system has been installed for 4 years and works flawlessly. We only think of it when we mow around the 4 vent / access pipes. Very happy I chose AES over the pumped systems. Grateful for the technical assistance during the installation process.
Really disappointing service and complete disregard for wasting our time. Kane attended our site to inspect the option of putting an AES in and said it would be 'no problems at all'. More to the point, he had actively stated that the design of a AES system would be a perfect fit for our needs. However, after wasting days of our time waiting for a quote, we were told that they couldn't actually install it. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and has caused us a lot of inconvenience.
