Shocking company. Do not choose them. Terrible service, terrible product, terrible everything.
Had an issue with my alarm. Called ADT expecting to have an engineer come out, but instead I was put through to a call centre agent who tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Not what I signed up for!
This company is a disgrace. They promise top-notch security and customer service, but they fail on both fronts. Don't waste your time or money with them.
