Clint Moe was very patient and took time to show me the system in detail and tailor it to our needs. He was respectful of our home and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Clint for the excellent professional service.
Very poor customer service . Consultant did not respond to email or phone call to discuss contract . Intrusive , pushy , hostile phone service . Suboptimal equipment (lasted about 3 months) and overly priced service to consult at home . Will not be recommending ADT to others following this experience .
We have experienced terrible customer service. For over 3 months ( A job we were told would be fixed in 2 weeks) we have had a faulty alarm system in which ADT have continued to charge a monitoring fee while we have no working alarm. …
