Brought a demo into my office to drive, gave me a good deal on the trade in and got me into the new car before Christmas ???? this year in a time where the world has been crazy!! Absolutely incompetent mechanics. I took my jeep wrangler here for service and repairs due to the roof seals leaking, the rear camera (installed by Jeep when I bought it) not working, and also to change the battery on separate occasions. The mechanics couldn't fix the problems and told me they had to get a specialist, that took a week. Then changed for a PCV valve that was not faulty, overcharged me for a standard car battery. They wiped out my glovebox compartment and didn't change the roof seal, the camera works from time to time and they didn't even rotate my tires when I specifically asked for it. The labor cost was $1030 and none of the problems were completely fixed.

When I purchased my car I was informed of locked-in prices and a free loan car. I have had issues every time I have booked a service, never getting a loan car, and the 'locked-in' prices changed each time. I had become aware of this and mentioned it to the team at Adrian Brien during a recall on my car and the response I was given was that the price could change 'for any reason'. So, what are they 'locking-in'?
Recently had my vehicle booked in for service at Adrian Brien Automotive. Made a booking one month prior and had the date locked in. They closed the night section, cancelled my booking and booked me into their service shop 2km away from my house. When I asked them and gave them a major belonging issue for the original booking they shrugged it off and just said 'that's the way it is'. (Beside the fact that other Jeep owners didn't have this issue).. Won't be returning..
