I’m a long time user of Adorn products, due to the products being vegan and cruelty free, even though the company isn’t run by vegans (which is a little strange in itself). While most of the products are very good, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and the wait time. The staff is not helpful and it takes forever to get assistance. Overall, my experience at Adorn Cosmetics was not satisfactory.
I originally bought the Ultimate sampler and Hydrating skincare sampler along with two cream blush samplers. I am absolutely in love with this product. The sample sizes may look small, but wow, due to the nature of their production, you actually receive a lot of product. The quality is excellent and the value for money is great. My initial impression of the store was positive and the atmosphere was pleasant. The facilities and amenities provided were sufficient. The staff at Adorn Cosmetics were friendly and provided good customer service. The wait time was reasonable and I didn't have to make any reservations. The ambiance and decor of the store were also appealing. Overall, my experience at Adorn Cosmetics was fantastic and I highly recommend their products.
