5 stars for the prices and discounts always BUT just left this store today & I know I was being followed unnecessarily. I had a pram and shopping bags as I had been shopping at other stores. Maybe some training on when it’s the right time …
I was in store today around 11 and witnessed the manager refusing to serve a lady, seeming to be a judgement of her profile. Lady then ran out of the store crying. She looked emotionally abused and this is unacceptable behaviour. I am never EVER going to shop here. Everyone in the store should be ASHAMED of themselves.
