Called and visited the store today and Sam was more than helpful. Such a pleasure to have great customer service. Thanks Sam your advice on the proper shoe size and fit was much appreciated.
The experience was pretty poor as the staff didn't get what customers want. The staff kept confusing the customers. Need more training on the products.
Think twice shopping here as they break Australian Consumer Laws by not giving refunds. The store manager Sam forces his customers to only swap items (no refund, no credit note, etc). …
