These guys are GREAT! A wheel fell off our vintage caravan just outside Adelaide after travelling from Sydney. Very little open over the Xmas/New Year but Adelaide Trailers were able to fit us in and stayed open after hours to get the job done! Great service! Can't say enough about these guys. Highly recommended!!!
Sam and all his staff are Extremely helpful and easy to deal with and the service is second to non. This was reassuring as we were from Wa and had some issues with our caravan that they they were able to help us with. A big thank you to you all ???? …

I knew what I wanted: drawer slides, hinges, rods for a 'T lock'. I asked if the store had them in stock and I was greeted with an eye roll and a sigh. The staff member reluctantly showed me where they were and then walked off. I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my presence. The service was rude and dismissive.

The staff were rude and dismissive. They seemed irritated with my presence and did not provide good customer service. The quality of the products I purchased was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing.
