Have been coming here for years for any STI testing and concerns. Very friendly, inclusive and non-judgemental staff that make me feel welcomed and open every time.
I have been tested at the ASHC for last 20 years. Awesome people. Always helpful and always nice. Never had any issues in that time. Awesome. And the new location on Wakefield St is the best. Far better than the old one. Easier to get to, easier parking and much nicer place than the old place.
Ridiculous set up in that you now need to make an appointment. You then have to wait for a phone call. Strange to be told all that in a completely empty waiting room. Seems I'm not the only one made to feel fobbed off in this way as per comment below and those who agreed with the statement.
