Friendly enough, could be a lot better with some cleanup to allow better accessibility to all the tiles. Didn't have what I was after but defo a good place to start searching for discontinued lines... Just make sure you have an hour spare and wear shoes ???? …
Prompt service, polite, and very helpful. Brought spare tiles with me and the guy knew exactly where the closest look-a-likes he had. He explained a rough price per tile and cash only. I bought a good few tiles and he did a better price so was very happy to find very similar tiles at a reasonable price.
