Extremely quick pick up and some double checking from the booking office to make sure I was ok so that was excellent, although a bit of a surprise I suppose there is an extra effort for customer service. The gentleman driving was friendly and knew where he was going which is always good too.
I have used this service many times. 10/10 for bookings and pickup. Having left my phone in the cab once, the driver was good enough to keep it safe and return it. I'll never use any other early morning booking service.
