Was happy with the basket but placed an order for a 50th birthday gift to be delivered on the 24th of May but the basket was delivered on the 23rd. I tried to contact them to find out why but was not given a response :(
Superior customer service, answered many of my questions and was more than happy to customize the basket to suit my needs. Gift basket was excellent and great value for money. Overall, very well presented and very professional service.
Wow! What a product! All handmade and locally sourced from South Australia screams quality and value for your money. Not only did the owner rush my order out and help me personally select the products. With Christmas here I know where I’ll be selecting my hampers from. Thanks again!!!
