What a shambolic way to manage a clients servicing on a leased container forklift which includes fixed servicing as part of the agreement. 3 weeks and still can't tell me when the service will happen. 5 phone calls and not one returned call
Unfortunately first impressions were not good. Had 2 consecutive no shows by service techs to complete a 90 day inspection on our new scissor. 3rd time lucky but the technician began working on the wrong machine that had been serviced 3 days prior. Service dept needs some improvement.
